I really hope the midterm election predictions to overturn the US House and Senate control are true because it's past time to get as many of Donny T's bootlickers out of the government (or stop them from getting into the government). No politician is perfect and no politician will be all things to all people, but the choice between someone who's going to basically bow at feet of our current POTUS and someone who won't is not something I even have to think twice about. The last thing we need is another sycophant in the government, bending at the knee and saying, "Yes, sir. May I have another?" to Donny. Ugh. Sure, there's always time for the Democrats to blow things (as they've done so often lately), but I'm keeping hope alive this time around that they won't. And I'll do my part to help move the needle in a much-needed different direction.
